He is knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive in keeping me informed every step of the way. Paul is a true professional and highly skilled mechanic who took the time to thoroughly diagnose and resolve the issues with my vehicle. Great experience with Dave and Mark! Bought a Ford Edge, great experience. Not pushy sales guys at all, fair negotiators, threw in winter tires and a family cruise. After many poor experiences with pushy sales people at other dealers, these guys are real gentlemen. Test drove it to our house, very accommodating, Definitely will be back!
